Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Inn At The Peachtrees

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Any hotel with a free hot breakfast is good in my book. The selection was very good; pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, etc.
I did not like access to the underground garage; I didn't find out until I checked in that the price for parking was $15. Priceline does not disclose this information so feel free to add this to whatever deal you get.

The hotel was in a great location and the lobby was clean. I've stayed in way better hotels, but I guess I received what I paid for. There is no pool, and the rooms with double beds (what I stayed in) had two full sized, as opposed to queen sized, mattresses. If you are simply looking for a great bargain in downtown Atlanta this is the hotel for you. The Aquarium and World of Coke is only a five minute walk up the street. ...read more

Shannon at the front desk, extremely helpful getting us the bed configurations we needed for four rooms, letting us get into the rooms early (9 a.m!.) Just outstanding service, the best breakfast on our entire trip and very nice clean rooms.

Good hotel, fine location, great staff.

Close to World of Coke and the Aquarium.
Beds was very comfortable but one of the bed's sheets had been washed so much it was too worn to sleep in with the little balls all over it.

It was decent. You have to pay for parking. There is no pool.

The room was updated and very comfortable. The beds were great and the shower was awesome. I wish all rooms were this nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Parking can be an issue. The hotel lot was full when we arrived. They told us about a paid lot about a block away but by the time we were ready to park for the night it was full. We ended up parking in an open lot across the street with no security.

The room was comfortable, the staff was superb, the location is excellent. The only flaw was the parking situation. I would stay at this hotel again anytime.

The hotel is walking distance to the local tourist attractions and a variety of restaurants and bars.
The on site parking was full when I arrived, so I had to park in a public garage a block away.

The hotel staff was very friendly and checked me in and out quickly. The room was clean and bigger than I had anticipated. The off site parking was a downside, but we ended up walking most places anyways. The free breakfast was pretty good, they offer 'do it yourself' pancakes and waffles, plus a variety of cereals, bagels, breads and yogurts. Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality of the hotel for the money that I spent. ...read more

Great location, close to MARTA and my meeting hotel but so much cheaper. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

This hotel is within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. The courtyard is very lovely. Much nicer than expected.
