Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Inn At The Peachtrees
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 19, 2013

The hotel staff was very friendly and checked me in and out quickly. The room was clean and bigger than I had anticipated. The off site parking was a downside, but we ended up walking most places anyways. The free breakfast was pretty good, they offer 'do it yourself' pancakes and waffles, plus a variety of cereals, bagels, breads and yogurts. Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality of the hotel for the money that I spent. ...

This hotel is within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. The courtyard is very lovely. Much nicer than expected.

The room was clean and well stocked with towels and linens, coffee pot & supplies, hair dryer, iron & ironing board. I was there alone but had a family been staying there, the room with two double beds would have been too small.

The hotel is right downtown we could walk to everything from our hotel. The rooms were clean, but we could hear everything that was going on outside of our room, and the bed was very hard. The parking was awful!!!!!!!!!!! We couldn't get into the hotels parking garage until we checked in, which is understandable, but there was no where to park our car in the meantime. We ended up parking it at a doctors office down the street. Then we were told that is would be 15 dollars a day to park our car. The staff at the front desk were rude and very unhelpful. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again . ...

The hotel was not easy to find and had to circle around 4 times before finding it. The hotel does not have adequate parking. It has 12 to 15 parking spaces in the garage and you paid to park or you had to find other parking on the street. I had to almost get ugly with the desk clerk. I had to call Priceline because of a bed conflict. Priceline doesn't give you an option and the hotel was not helpful and argued with me. On the nest day, I finally spoke with the manager and the houskeeping manager who apologized for the incident. ...
