Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Inn At The Peachtrees

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The hotel is walking distance to the local tourist attractions and a variety of restaurants and bars.
The on site parking was full when I arrived, so I had to park in a public garage a block away.

The hotel staff was very friendly and checked me in and out quickly. The room was clean and bigger than I had anticipated. The off site parking was a downside, but we ended up walking most places anyways. The free breakfast was pretty good, they offer 'do it yourself' pancakes and waffles, plus a variety of cereals, bagels, breads and yogurts. Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality of the hotel for the money that I spent. ...read more

Great location, close to MARTA and my meeting hotel but so much cheaper. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

This hotel is within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. The courtyard is very lovely. Much nicer than expected.

I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Even staff that you just passed by would greet you and ask if you needed anything. I felt very comfortable here. I was only blocks away from the places I needed to be so the location was perfect.
I wish I had known that dogs were allowed. Had I known, my husband and dog could have come along.

The room was clean and well stocked with towels and linens, coffee pot & supplies, hair dryer, iron & ironing board. I was there alone but had a family been staying there, the room with two double beds would have been too small.

the location was right downtown , and the rooms were clean
the parking was horrible!!! I had to pay 15 dollars a day to park in the hotels parking garage. The staff at the front desk were rude and very unhelpful.

The hotel is right downtown we could walk to everything from our hotel. The rooms were clean, but we could hear everything that was going on outside of our room, and the bed was very hard. The parking was awful!!!!!!!!!!! We couldn't get into the hotels parking garage until we checked in, which is understandable, but there was no where to park our car in the meantime. We ended up parking it at a doctors office down the street. Then we were told that is would be 15 dollars a day to park our car. The staff at the front desk were rude and very unhelpful. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again . ...read more

The hotel's hospitality staff with the breakfast was great. They were so pleasant when they greeted us as we walked in to have breakfast.
I wish that priceline would have given me an option of a bed choice whenever i made the reservation. The hotel's desk staff was nice nasty and not very helpful when we arrived. We were told that we had 1 bed and there was 4 of us. I won't book there again

The hotel was not easy to find and had to circle around 4 times before finding it. The hotel does not have adequate parking. It has 12 to 15 parking spaces in the garage and you paid to park or you had to find other parking on the street. I had to almost get ugly with the desk clerk. I had to call Priceline because of a bed conflict. Priceline doesn't give you an option and the hotel was not helpful and argued with me. On the nest day, I finally spoke with the manager and the houskeeping manager who apologized for the incident. ...read more

The staff was great as was the location. I would go back. I had requested 4stara and this was 3. 3.5. But very nice and I would recommend the hotel.
Single women should park at hotel and not around the corner.

If you are busy and only sleeping in the hotel this is a great bargain. I enjoyed my stay. Close to e wry thin. King distance to good food and music

The rooms were old and very used looking. I didn't feel safe. The bedsheets were cheap and inadequate. The staff offered assistance only after the were asked for help. I was not made aware parking was available until after my car was booted.
The staff knew about the con game going on in the parking lot and didn't warn me...only added on stories of others misfortunes.

Don't stay here and if you must don't park across the street.

I wish I knew that I couldn't get a refund or be able to change dates because I wasn't able to make the trip and would've appreciated it if I could've just changed the date. That was money waisted and I think priceline should be more considerate.

staff should not take personal calls in customer areas, the carpet in the breakfast room was quite dirty.
