Best Western Plus Inn At The Vines

This hotel was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent very near to town and had easy access to get to various restaurants, salons or shopping. The room was very large with VERY comfortable beds, and good pillows. The shower was TERRIFIC with plenty of towels, and other amenities ie shampoo, lotion, hair dryer, etc. The tub/shower and toilet were separate from the large double sink "dressing area", which makes it convenient for two people getting showered and dressed in the morning. There was also a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee in the room with a sitting area. Although the lobby offered complimentary coffee, fruit and granola bars each day from 6 am until noon. I found it especially convenient that they had a complimentary Business Center with two computers and a printer available until 10 pm, as well as a work out room. Complimentary WIFI in the rooms. Newspapers were delivered daily. There was a small pool for guests, although I didn't use it. My rental car's battery was dead the morning I was leaving for the airport. The staff was very accommodating and found some jumper cables and someone to assist me in getting me up and running as quickly as possible in order for me not to miss my flight. Stayed for 2 nights and the overall experience was good.

It was a 30 minute walk to downtown Napa, and on the way back we caught a cab for $10. There is a target shopping center right across the street from the hotel, but nothing else nearby. The property looks glum on the outside. The rooms were better than expected with comfortable bed, fluffy pillows, clean updated bathroom. Mid-week stay and the staff was very friendly. They let us check in a little early, which was great because we were exhausted. The room was very clean and bright, easy temperature control, not noisy and well-equipped. We had a small fridge and microwave for our restaurant leftovers. Overall, very comfortable accommodations.
