There was nothing good about this hotel
Did not get the beds we needed to accommodate my family, staff was rude, overcharged, charged a deposit when my reservation confirmation clearly states no deposit will be charged. Location was horrible, very noisy from traffic

My room was facing the FREEWAY

Priceline states this hotel has a gym. I does not. It was one of the 'guarantees' for the 'express deals'. When I called I was told I could get a full refund and try again (yeah I'm sure I would have gotten the same hotel) or get a 20% refund. Chose the refund which I've yet to see. Been 3 since checking out.

I believe they may be renovating - carpet needs replacing. Else, great place.

True Continental Breakfast! From Hayward BART station, take either Bus 83 or 85 and get off at McDonald's. Except for the carpet, it is a great place; I-880 West 'A' Street at fence. The staff is courteous and helpful. Centrally located: Fremont, San Jose (via ACE/CALTRAN trains) Oakland/SFO intl. airports accessible via Bay Area Rapid Transit.

We pulled up to the hotel and turned around and went somewhere else. It is in an undesirable location in an undesirable area. We did not feel safe getting out of the car.

Breakfast included. Person behind the front desk was helpful.
Location. Not desirable, very noisy, and right next to the highway.

Old, needs remodeling. Nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Clean. No frills kind of place.

Very noisy location. Bedspread had burns in it from smokers. Dingy sink and bad location near door.

I would not stay there again even offered free.

Like the staff they helped out and were very friendly, I left something at the hotel and they were able to get it back to me.

Staff helped me out, very trust worthy people. I left something behind they contacted me and then FedEx and got my stuff back to me.
