Clean rooms, helpful staff, no reason not to stay here again!
No issues.

Safe, clean, quiet accommodations, no cons what so ever with the property.Not a lot of food choices near by but if you arrive by car there are enough to choose from within a 4 KM circle.

Meet my expectations and beyond

For the price this is a great Best Western. The pool and spa area were very clean. Although it was 70% full, it was a very quiet hotel. There are security cameras in all of the public spaces and the front door is locked at night. The breakfast went beyond continental as it had eggs and bacon.Rooms was well appointed and comfortable.

The room quality, and clean, heated pool. They have 24hr front desk service, will send faxes for you, and staff is nice.
The machine for wake-up calls. When you set it, it just hangs up- you have no indication whether it worked. I left before it went off so I'm not sure whether it worked in fact. Pretty minor though

The location was convenient.
Did not feel safe leaving my vehicle in the parking lot.

Overall the stay was pleasant enough. The only annoyance was that I was advised I had to change rooms after 2 nights. I packed up, poured a half bottle of champagne down the drain (no stopper) and went to the front desk to get my new room assignment only to be told they were going to let me stay in the same room for a final night. A big waste of time!

Had two rooms. One smelled Smokey (in a non-smoking hotel).

Not a great value, but it was very close to where I had to be the next day.
