Clean. Beds were comfortable.
Unfortunately, there was the noise of a water leak in the attic that continually dripped all night keeping us awake.

Had there not been the noise of a water leak in the attic keeping us awake, the stay would have been very nice. Undoubtedly we would have rated it very high had we not had this issue.

Love the room, had extra towels even though we didn't get into the pool/spa. Breakfast was great especially using actual dining wear. Staff advised it was ok to use the fitness room after hours.
It would have been nice to have a bigger sofa in the suite room and one that also converts to a bed. Was a bit disappointed with that.

Enjoyed our stay, great annemities.

Room was excellent, very clean with comfortable beds and lounge spaces. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Full hot breakfast rather than just the cereal and pastries served at some hotels and served from 6-10 to accommodate both early and late risers

Aside from the great room and the great breakfast, every one of the staff were pleasant and professional.
Perhaps the painted parking lot is a bit dangerous.

It's the best place to stay in Kingman for a decent price.

It was clean
A railroad ran behind it, and trains passed through all night. My room would shake. And this is an old hotel with a facelift - not as it appears in the photos.

Stay somewhere else if you want to get a decent night's sleep. Bad value.

Great location next to everything we did or needed while in Kingman, AZ. Very clean, quiet & comfortable.
The bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped - but we have a Tempurpedic at home so the avgerage hotel mattress isn't comfortable to us anyways. The water presssure of the shower head was a little weak w/o a gauge on it in which to change it.

Clean, comfortable, would stay here again when visiting Kingman, AZ. Upon entering the business, you're greeted by friendly staff and a nicely appointed front lobby. This hotel put us close to many of the attractions that we wanted to visit over the 3-day MLK weekend. The Best Western Plus Kings Inn & Suites kept us at the center of our list for "things to do" on old Rt. 66. From shopping/dining on Beale Street, to having a yummy breakfast at The Cracker Barrel, to visiting the Hackberry General Store - this Best Western is freeway-close, super easy to find, and has ample parking. ...read more
