The charm of a "small" European Inn. The location...Perfect!
Way too many kids.....The hot tub was filled with underage kids all night. It would have been nice if the parents would know and read that hot tubs are not suitable for kids under 16.

Yes....the staff was rude and their wake up call system was disfunctional. I was woken up several times in the middle of the night by the phone in the room

The view of the ocean was faboulous. I could see it from my deck..
An outdoor jacuzzi would have been nice, but not really necessary. I also wish it was closer to downtown.

The staff was friendly. I asked for an upgrade and they were happy to do this. The room was fabulous. It had a huge jacuzzi tub, couch, desk, deck that over looked the ocean and large tv. I felt so lucky.

Loved the look of the hotel and loved the fact that they upgraded me from a standard room. Just wish I had longer to stay and enjoy the 4th floor patio.
The only thing I would suggest was that the hotel get new pillows. The pillows on the bed were very small and not very comfortable

The price was definitely reasonable for Laguna Beach. I don't think there's a need to spend the money that some of the other hotels charge when the Laguna Brisas offers everything you could need. The free breakfast was definitely a bonus.

Neighbor next store blasted his tv the whole time . He did not turn it off once

Great price , great view nice relaxing vacation spot
