Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Lakewood Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

XXX to priceline for the hotel and was told at the hotel that the rack rate off the street was XXX. I felt totally ripped off.
Stay away. Too close to highway. Priceline's rating of 2 1/2 stars should be 2 stars max. Priceline jacked up the price for a mediocre hotel/motel.

This is a very nice Best Western. The management and staff have gone beyond what I see in a lot of other hotels. They made an unpleasant, necessary trip a lot more bearable.

This place is very clean. The toilets are sanitized at each guest, and the TV remote is cleaned and packaged as a fresh remote to slow the spread of grems.

The hotel was a little on the old side and smelled like smoke. Clearly, they put the Priceline guests in designated rooms on the second floor without access to a elevator and absolutely will not allow for two beds unless the guests want to pay $20 more (even with two guests).

This hotel was decent enough and the daytime desk clerk was pleasant. Based on the age of the furnishings/bedding and the smell in the room I would give 2 stars for this hotel.
