Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Lincoln Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great!
The pool was freezing cold---too cold to swim in.

The room was very comfortable: good linens, roomy fridge, microwave, fairly new upholstery, great breakfast. The guy at the desk was very helpful and super professional.
FOR GOD'S SAKE BUILD A DRIVE WAY ! On a dark, windy and stormy night it took me over twenty minutes to figure out how to wind my way through a bowling alley parking lot to get to the hotel which I could see from the road but could not get to.... Grr...

The location seemed awful in the dark and I felt pretty spooked. No way to drive into the hotel from the main road.... you could see it but it took me a while to figure out how to get to it and on a dark and rainy night, I almost gave up. No proper signage either.... On the other hand, once I got there, the place was better than expected. The room was nice, everything worked well, the linens were fresh and new, fairly quiet. The guy at the desk did a lot to calm me down and assure me that I was safe. I had a great night of sleep. Nice free breakfast - eggs&biscuits, yoghurt, fruit, cereals, good coffee. I would stay there again now that I know how to get to the hotel from the road! ...read more

This hotel has been completely remodeled and is a wonderful place to stay.
There is not elevator, not a problem for me, but not listed anywhere in their description

For the price, this is the best hotel in town. The Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express my be a little nicer (but since the remodel not much), but this is definitely the place to stay. The breakfast is great (pancake maker, eggs, sausage, yogurt, etc.) and the staff is very helpful.

Breakfast was available.
Didn't get the room size we wanted.

It was hard to find in the dark. Driveway was not well marked.

The pancake machine
The staff were never never around for help (checking in/out)

I booked here based on the pictures.. It was pricier than some other hotels but there "features" in every room. Turns out that feature wasn't there so I paid extra money for nothing. While I was walking out of the hotel, the maids were cleaning up and I looked in the rooms and not one room had that feature. Very very deceiving.

Free breakfast.
Across the street from a racetrack - noisy on a weekend night.

Shopping and restaurants were not within walking distance, but within a short ride away.

The hotel was very clean.
I continental breakfast was horrible. Their was no one refilling selections and their was still an hour left for breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and location was good for highway access.

Good location, friendly, helpful staff, and decent breakfast.
Walls were thin! No doubt at all about what the people in the adjoining room were doing (crying baby).

Convenient location (and the bowling alley cafe next door has good, cheap food) attractive, plenty of parking, clean enough, decent breakfast with choices other than donuts. Plenty of noise from adjoining rooms!

They were helpful in straightening out your mistake!

The hotel was very accommodating considering priceline messed up my reservation. The women at the front desk was very helpful in trying to find a room for me.
