The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They printed out driving instruction to various restaurants and colleges.
There was a barking dog next door to us the last night we were there. The staff was quick to take care of the problem.

Overall the hotel was very clean, newly remodeled, friendly staff, close to the I5.

They went out of their way to help us! My sister had to have a wheel chair for our cruise to Hawaii and the great folks at The Best Western were super!

If you're going to San Diego, this is the place to stay! They handled all our needs and left us smiling each time!
