Employees were friendly and helpful. The premises, including our room, looked like they needed a through cleaning. The swimming pool was disappointing, although the hot tub was nice and hot. The hotel is located just off 495, convenient for travelers.

couple of the front desk personnel were ok a couple were rude.
The clerk on Friday morning was downright rude as she explained it to me.

Senior Travelers
Would not stay here again. The part of hotel near breakfast room seemed to have families with small children living on longterm basis. Their room doors were left open where we passed to eat. Women were taking plate after plate back to their rooms, looked like they were saving for next meals. Made eating breakfast strange. Pool did not look clean enough to swim in.

I did not like the fact this place was used as a shelter.
It is not even a one star. It should have not had the state putting people in it to live and it did not feel safe at all.
