Best Western Plus Miami Airport West Inn And Suites

Very nice and clean hotel, good breakfast even though confusing how to order if not choosing buffet. Good location, convenient shuttle to airport. Poor communication with Priceline.

I booked this hotel because it had a shuttle service to Miami airport. I landed Miami late night, called the hotel for the shuttle service, after long time of holding, front lady picked up the phone telling me that shuttle service stopped at 10pm. In their website, it did NOT indicate no shuttle service after 10pm. I had to pay taxi to get to the hotel, which costed me additional $30. The hotel did not reimburse for the taxi. Next day, I realized after check-out I did not find my eye glasses. I called the hotel, explained the situation to the front lady, and she said she did not find anything. Next day, again I called the hotel, explanined the same situation to another front lady, she put me on hold for 30mins!! 30min!! She never returned back to the phone, so I hang up. I called again right after, but the same lady picked up and hand up. She hand up on customer's phone call!! On 3rd day, I called the hotel again. This time, male staff picked up the phone. Again I explained him the same situation, and he said he would call me back once he checked with housekeeping. He did call me back and find my eye glasses. I cannot believe that it tooke me 4 unplesant calls to find my eye glasses, and all the female front desk staff were rude and liars. They should not even be engaged in service industry. ...read more

This hotel was ok, definitely not the nicest. If it is that room cleanliness and staff courtesy does not matter to you it is workable as the location is decent and convenient enough.

clean, convenient location if you need to be in Doral

Nice for the price, but wouldn't have paid full price. Got a deal on priceline. Nice, safe area.

I would stay over and good location to everything

Hotel is adequate, nothing special. Pool was beautiful, but closed for some unknown work. Nice that breakfast was included in price and transport to and from airport.
