The bed was excellent and furnishing were nice. The staff is great.

Lovely, clean room with these new "germ-free, easier to clean" remote controls. I know it sounds funny, but I hate seeing the grossness in the tv remote controls! I also love that this hotel had the automatic dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. It seems like all hotels should start conserving more like that. The staff was super friendly & very accommodating!!! The "gym" room was quite small but clean and had everything I needed. The pool looked so inviting, but as I'd just had surgery I wasn't allowed to go in :( Great breakfast in the morning, just wish it was open until 10 instead of 9. All in all, great hotel! The room is so big and clean. There is free WiFi with high speed connection. The price is relatively low compared to the service they provide.

I was not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. Nothing fancy, but the hotel was clean, staff were friendly and my room was rather larger and nicer than I expected.

A clean quiet hotel. While not great for a romantic getaway it's just fine for business travel or for a family stop over.

To the front desk that there was no luggage stand and she said she that there should be and she would look for one. never heard from her again.

Overall the hotel was acceptable. The staff was very friendly & more than willing to help when I lost my room card. The only downside was the breakfast area; the attendee would go into the kitchen & not return for awhile - ran out of coffee, cups, utensils & tables were not being wiped off ( asked for one to be cleaned once, the next day I cleaned it myself ). The bread was too big to fit into toaster ( had to cut it & put in as pieces ). There was only 1 ice machine, on the first floor by elevator; so, anytime you wanted ice, you had to go down to get it. ...read more

Remember not to leave anything in your room. We left a light up turtle toy behind (not cheap) and called to find out if it was left behind. First we were told nothing was turned in. I called again the next day and we were told that it "fell in the garbage can" and then "coffee grounds were all over it". This makes no sense to me because we did not make any coffee in our room. ...read more
