Location is what I liked the most.
The public spaces didn't appeal to me. Gym was okay, but no pool, sauna, etc.

We stayed here a night while in town for a birthday. The hotel was quiet, clean and close to everything we needed. The beds were amazingly comfortable the breakfast was simple but fresh and delicious. I don't know how it is only a 2.5 star hotel it deserves a much higher rating and I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I travel to Alton in the futre!

The receptionist could have been a little friendlier. Overall it was a nice clean motel. I would definitely stay there again.

Checked in late, left early so not much contact with staff, but the person at the desk was very nice. I especially like that the shampoo, soaps, etc. in the room were Bath and Body Works brand - what a nice touch.

Price was comparable to other hotels in area. It was very close to my destination. I wasn't there long (checked in late and left early in the am, but there was breakfast and coffee available before I left in the morning.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Will stay at location again.

My husband's family is from Alton. I will share with all of them when traveling back home this is where they need to stay.

Yes, This is not the hotels fault, but Pricelines, I use priceline ALOT, if you look at my history aroyalgoebel@gmail.com, this time, my room was no booked, but I was charged twice, I am not happy about it, I had to go through hoops. :(

The microwave was not working. Thenoverriding problem was that I was asked by the attendant to move the console to fix it. Since I have a bad back this was a preposterous situation. As a customer I feel i should not have even been considered (asked).

It is a very nice hotel with very exceptional accoutriments.

Clean, staff was friendly, coffee available in lobby.
Entrance to hotel off parkway was a little awkward. Bathroom was very small, awkward getting in and out of shower/tub.

Overall, it met our needs as a place to sleep and shower. Nothing special, yet clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
