Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Plaza Juarez
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 28, 2013

The hotel is an oasis in a town that has seen it's best years past. The staff was very courteous from the moment to pulled into the parking lot. Check in was easy although the young lady working the front desk could have been more helpful and energetic. If you arrive on the weekend, you are surely to run into Felix the Bellman. He is a resource that any english speaking person would want to have at their side when negotiating around the town. Good resturants, bars, dancing, you name it he knows it. And if you don't see Felix, look for Alex. A young college student who is dreaming of becoming a criminologist. His English is perfect as well as his service. My wife needed a bathing suit for the pool and he directed me to the local "Wal-Mart" where I could make a cheaper purchase. When I told him that I did not know where it was and in fact a bit wary of going out on my own, he responded with "No problem. Let me show you". Now that is service beyond what most 5 Star Hotels would even think of offering to their guests. Two high Five's go out to those gentlemen. The bar could have been better stocked with good beers and alcohol. There was no on -duty bartender and in fact the room service people actually would take your order at the small "pony" bar reminds me of the bar that I had in my dorm room back in the day. Improvements are highly reccomended in this area as well as allowing guests to have friends and family visit them poolside or in the bar area. Had problems getting to visit with my in-laws. Once again, Alex came to my rescue and helped me and my in-laws to have a good time. We spent over $200 in bar refreshments and food. ...
