Great value, good breakfast clean rooms, what more can ask for on a budget.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The hall of our non-smoking floor smelled of smoke, however our room did not. Our room and bathroom were very clean. Only problem was parking, which was very limited.

Little less than what you would expect for 2 1/2 star hotel. Clean modest rooms, but hard beds and lack of extra blankets. Rooms that had pets in them not thoroughly cleaned (including comforters) to ensure lack of pet dander, so people with pet allergies may want to avoid. Nice, clean hotel except for toilets. Good breakfast, rooms were quiet, I liked that I am a light sleeper. Bad thing no HBO, fridge wasn't really working.

I was accidentally assigned to a smoking room, and non-spoking rooms were not available. The person at the desk worked for about an hour, confirming other reservations until he found a non-smoking room I could move to. That kind of above-and-beyond service deserves extra commendation. The rooms were
very clean, and the furnishings were updated. Parking is close to the front door which is helpful for security issues. I plan to stay here again, and would recommend it highly. ...read more

BAD WIFI SIGNAL, NO WAFFLES OR HOTCAKES, SMALL POOL OUTDOORS

Great location if you need medical treatment in San Antonio. The staff was very helpful and made me feel welcome and relaxed.

Great hotel for the location.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff was friendly and the breakfast area looked neat and clean. However, our room didn't look like it was cleaned thoroughly every day. The sheets smelled musty and weren't changed daily, the bathroom towels were dingy and also smelly, and the bathroom itself didn't look as clean as it should. Our room also faced a Middle Eastern restaurant/hookah lounge that hosts a nightclub night every Friday. They play music extremely loud, and I couldn't sleep the first night in our room.
