Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Posada Royale Hotel & Suites

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Nice big clean room. Breakfast buffet was nice. Staff very polite and helpful.
Area where cars parked had some trash that needed to be picked up, just did not look as nice as the rest of the hotel.

Very close by the Reagan Library with easy access to freeways. Nice quiet area. The hotel was very clean and the hot tube is fabulous. Pool is also heated, but the air was too cool for us to use it. Nice cooked breakfast and we loved the wine and cheese social hour in the lobby. Also fresh cookies at the desk in the early evening.

Location was wonderful. Away from the LA craziness. Also, the free breakfast was out of this world! I would definitely return if in the area.
The room was nice, but could use a little updating. Nothing major, though.

The location cannot be beat. It is such a quaint and quiet area away from the LA craziness. It's worth the drive. Also, the Reagan museum is just up the road and definitely worth the visit. What was really fantastic though, was the "free" breakfast buffet and omelette bar each morning. Also, free coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby. Gotta love that!

The lobby was extremely attractive. The breakfast was outstanding.
They were using 57 watt light bulbs in the lamps and ceilings so the rooms were very dark and there was hardly enough light to read by.

The hotel is located near the Reagan Library so the location is great. It needs to be refurbished. The lobby was lovely but the rooms were, definitely 80's. The breakfast was truly outstanding--chef prepared individual ommelettes.

I loved the business center and exercise room. The hotel was located in a beautiful area right off Hwy and served a great breakfast.
Maid service is too late in the day for those who have extended stays. One day I did not get service.

Very attractive/friendly staff/overall, a nice place to stay.
We reached our room to find that a staff member had been doing paperwork and left it all over the bed and desk.

We'd stay there again in a heartbeat if we were in the area. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was amazing!
Needs updating. Depressing.

This hotel was convenient for visiting the Reagan Library. Our room was not the greatest. The kitchenette had a sewer gas emitting from the sink. Bathroom was too small. Room drapes and furnishings too old and uninviting. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. The complementary breakfast made up for a lot of the negatives.
