We were traveling with our 18month old daughter. At 12 midnight we were all woken up by a party going on in one of the rooms next door or below us. We could hear the people talking as if they were in our room. We were up for two hours.
Front desk did nothing to resolve the situation. We, including my 18 month daughter were up for two hours listening to the party.

Hotel staff is terrible.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant and bar was nice.
Some of the vending machines did not work.

the hotel was very clean from the lobby to the room
I loved the hotel so much I left the manager a note thanking him for the finest of the staff and facility

I was very impressed with the hotel due to the fact that I visit Galesburg quite often and have stayed in another hotel and it could not measure up to my recent stay at this hotel, the price was reasonable and to be honest I was not expecting the top flight service I received compaired to what I got in the past from the dump I stay before. YES!

Clean and definitely non-smoking
The bathroom was for handicapped...could have probably asked for different room. Useually a 3 star facility will provide complementary breakfast..here is was 10% off..

I had read some of the online reviews for this hotel after I had booked the night, and was really not looking forward to the stay, due to some of the negative comments; but I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and order. It appears that there had been recent upgrades to the rooms, and the staff were very pleasant. There were several things that did call my attention: the heater in my room was very noisy, the bed had an irritating squeak, and after a very cold day, I was looking forward to some time in the hot tub; but it was broken. We didn't like it. They had fire alarms going off just after we arrived and could not find the source of the malfunction. They sounded for approximately 20 minutes. This was very disturbing and made for a miserable nights sleep that was very interrupted
We requested and had it confirmed that we would get a room with a king size bed...we got 2 queens. We were not happy about this.

Would not stay there again. Too many things that went wrong yet we were charged a hefty amount for the room.

Our room was handicap so the bathroom was weird. I had to hold the shower head. The area around the sink was small
