Good clean room and location is OK.
No one was at front desk when we first arrived. Had to use phone to call front desk. Bed was too firm.

Hotel is very clean. Location is OK, but not ideal for shoppers. Overall this is a good hotel for the price.

Everything was nice.
The breakfast area was not up to par...the cream cheese had been frozen and thawed, the texture was awful. The srambled egg round was tough and rubbery.Staff needs to smile and say hello when passing guests in the hall.

Staff was extremely bright, cheerful, and nice.
Continental breakfast wasn't great. Also, with a multiple day stay, there was significant delay in getting our room cleaned. We actually had to ask them to come and do it.
