We were in the annex. Room was clean. The main building was very nice.
Desk staff was not at all friendly or accommodating. Did nit answer our questions, interrupted and acted like we were bothering him while we were checking in

Great location...dinner theater next door, wonderful old tavern in front of hotel with great food. Hotel is clean and nice. Front desk staff was not very friendly.

The cleanliness and the work of hospitality staff very professional and filling of food for breakfast.
The main door of our room was very hard to open and close and no fan or vent in bathroom.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is quiet and the breakfast is not just a continental breakfast. One can make waffles and microwave breakfast sandwiches. Food was kept filled and area clean. Large variety.

Room was comfortable, and offered enough privacy for my 11 yr old daughter and 13 yr old son and I to stay in same room. 2 beds and roll out couch worked for us.
No room service. Needed to leave the hotel for something to eat.

Excellent place to stay when you are in the area for a short visit.

It felt welcoming.
The main building in which we stayed didn't have a large Best Western sign on it.

We were given the room made especially for handicap persons. It was great-even though we didn't need those extras. It was clean and inviting. The front desk was helpful with directions and suggestions.

Parking was not very good and the and it did not have a elevator.

It was quiet and family friendly had an indoor pool.
Not enough breakfast choices.

Overall it is great hotel and if was to travel back to this area,
I would most likely stay at this hotel again.

Room damp and smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking.

Location was good, but the annex room was not acceptable - it was damp feeling. Room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Would not recommend or stay here again.
