Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Rockville Hotel & Suites
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 4, 2012

I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a great value at a traveler-friendly place. The stay was perfect, and far exceeded our expectations in every way.

The hotel was very noisy, the air conditioner barely worked, and half of the TV channels didn't come in.

Overall, a good experience. Easy to get to, close to food and shops if you have a car. Nice hotel staff.

Hotel is clean, in great condition and up to date, with friendly, helpful staff. The room was large enough for two, with king-sized bed, large, flat-screen TV, hi-speed wi-fi, good-sized desk, adequate closet and drawer spaces. It is located just off an exit from I-270. There is a free shuttle to subway station or to shopping center, and that was convenient for all but one of the half-dozen times we used it. There is a hot, free breakfast with make-your-own waffles. The coffee is good and it is served in a mug, with a selection of juices served in thick glasses, something one expects only in more upscale hotels. And we paid only half the rate shown by other travel sites because we named our own price. ...

Convenient, but no restaurant was a detraction.

The hotel was okay, but the heat didn't work well, the bed was uncomfortable the pillows were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was too small. I would stay here again.

We were very pleased with our stay. Staff were friendly, we stayed almost a week. One day we were given only one wash cloth and hand towel, but it was easy to get more. Although the Best Western advertises having a restaurant, it was not open or functioning. The breakfast was one of the best that I have experienced at a Hotel; the coffee was even bold. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were sound proof, buds comfortable and it was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. We were charged daily for using the safe even though we did not use it, but they took it off the bill when it was brought to their attention. We look forward to staying here next year. ...
