Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Ruby's Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location near Brice Canyon, the kind personall and the public space.
It was verry noisy. You could hear the upper guests when they went to bath. Outside our room was a loading dock where cars were unloading early in the morning.

Make sure you ask for a room without on the good site of the hotel. No upper neighbours is advisable.

Really nice hotel. Helpful staff
Would prefer that bathroom would be separated (Stool and shower separate from sink and mirror.) This Best Western did not include breakfast which is unusual and the restaurant was a bit pricey.

Very nice hotel and is located very near the entrance to Bryce Canyon.

Indoor pool was spacious and with the glass ceiling and windows, you felt like you were semi out side. Things to do and see in main building were good.
Service at breakfast wasn't that great. No free breakfast. Picked off the menu, as the buffet cost we thought was a little high. ($11.99) The heater was acting weird. hard to keep it comfortable

It was a good location from Bryce Canyon.
The room was dated and the bathtub did not drain well. The food was average for the prices paid.

We have visited Ruby's Inn before and were disappointed with the service received this time. The staff does not seem to be properly trained in providing customer service without an attitude. We received good service from the person who cleaned our room. Good location to Bryce Canyon (2 miles outside of the park entrance) and Red Canyon.

Loved the close location to Bryce Canyon National Park. Good food a reasonable prices. Comfortable pillows were wonderful.
Wish the in-room coffee was better!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bryce Canyon National Park. It was very convenient and a fun place to visit. It is HUGE but still feels homey and comfortable. Very friendly staff and so easy to access the park...the hotel provided a host of great activities for all types of travelers.

Rooms were spacious and location was beautiful.
I think that for the money you pay for this hotel they should offer a free breakfast! and the prices in the general store were ridiculously over priced!

Love the space and the location is perfect for visitors to the park.
Internet is free but very slow

We choose the hotel for its location but pleasantly surprised by the size of the room we got. the two king beds room is huge. a large size fridge is also a good thing. the big disappointment was the free wi fi. we had three laptops. after multiple tries, only one of them was able to get internet access and the speed reminded me of the dial up days. the small disappoint was the breakfast buffet in the hotel. it is definitely over priced. No other eating place available within 30 min drive. ...read more

I loved that you had everything you needed in one place. Hotel, grocery store, gift shop, restaurant, and outdoor activities like horseback riding etc. Plus I loved that fact we had a fridge and microwave in our room.
There was a booger on the ceiling, black lines on the mirror, and our door stuck so it was hard to close or open. Just minor cosmetic things.

This place was awesome and a great price though priceline.

Hotel had an on-site laundry facility which we utilized.
Liked everything.

This hotel was very convenient, located just outside of Bryce Canyon National Park. There is an on-site laundry facility and a big general store. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
