Very helpful staff. Clean, quiet and a beautiful view from the balcony. Convienient to walk to subway, good food in the area, Great.

I would stay here again... and breakfast too!

Pleasant hotel for the brief stay that we had. Room was clean and the staff was nice. Close to Wall St and the Seaport, which was cool and we walked the Brooklyn Bridge which was neat.

Clean hotel with very friendly staff ready to help you at all times and value parking in a safe neighborhood.
The only downside was the location of the hotel it is in a safe neighborhood quite, but takes time to get to the middle of attractions.

Clean hotel in a safe neighborhood with very helpful staff. Value parking rates for indoor garage is also a big bonus in Manhattan.

Very clean, and friendly, helpful staff, and smoke free room. Breakfast included in rate.

Best Western Seaport Inn was a very nice hotel. Everything was very clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and breakfast - hot and cold along with rolls and breakfast pastries - was provided with the room.

Good decor, VERY clean, excellent service.
Both rooms offered had poor views.

For the most part, I enjoyed the hotel. It's a convenient yet cozy spot situated reasonably close to sightseeing, shopping, and good restaurants in the financial district. The hotel itself is almost a home away from home: very clean and comfortable with freshly baked cookies in the afternoon if you're around to enjoy them. The computer and printer in the dining room were welcome amenities. Not least, the staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the choice of rooms: both faced scaffolding and neither had a view. This would be a real problem if I were not at my conference for most of the day. ...read more

Needs to offer more in terms of breakfast. Bathtub and sink drain slow.
