The rooms was clean and pretty fresh if I compare against other hotels in the price range that I've stayed in in New York.

This hotel is in the lower manhattan (Financial district) right next to Brooklyn bridge and Pier 17. 5 minutes walk from Metro and farmers market. I liked the location, the Metro is close so it's easy to go where ever you like. Hotel was really clean and the facilities was above average. I can definitively go back here.

The staff at the reception is outstanding! My gf who is in the tourism industry and myself travel a lot and we can not recall such a professional, helpful and courteous staff anywhere else.
There is no restaurant on side but several restaurant options are close by.

The staff-they upgraded us "just because." This made us feel welcome and appreciated.

I would say this is a good hotel for those who will not be spending a lot of time at the hotel. The common area is very limited and does not have a bar. There is plenty of opportunity for local hang outs (after the repair work is done from the hurricane). I would say it's a good stop off/sleep space, not a spot for lounging around the hotel.

Pleasant quiet hotel by the Seaport.

Pleasant hotel for the brief stay that we had. Room was clean and the staff was nice. Close to Wall St and the Seaport, which was cool and we walked the Brooklyn Bridge which was neat.

Clean hotel with very friendly staff ready to help you at all times and value parking in a safe neighborhood.
The only downside was the location of the hotel it is in a safe neighborhood quite, but takes time to get to the middle of attractions.

Clean hotel in a safe neighborhood with very helpful staff. Value parking rates for indoor garage is also a big bonus in Manhattan.

Very clean, and friendly, helpful staff, and smoke free room. Breakfast included in rate.

Best Western Seaport Inn was a very nice hotel. Everything was very clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and breakfast - hot and cold along with rolls and breakfast pastries - was provided with the room.

Great location in Seaport. 5 min walk to Fulton Subway. Very close to discount Broadway tickets agency.
Windows were in an odd location but still worked well to bring in light.

The staff went out of its way to meet our needs.
The front door was very hard to open.

This is a modestly priced hotel - an excellent value for New York City - with a staff that tries its hardest to meet a traveler's needs. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities adequate.
