I have stayed here before and had a great experience. This last booking was not what I expected.
When I booked my room I was not aware of the Mardi Gras parade that was on the steet of my hotel. I could not drive up to or park at my hotel with my small child I had to resort to staying elsewhere. The night parade inhibited my staying at this locatio

There needs to be disclosures for holiday weekend parade traffic for visitors from out of town to be aware of circumstances and blocked roads.

Very nice clean rooms and friendly staff
only 1 valet on staff at checkout had to wait for vehicles

Very nice and pleasant place to stay right next to the French Quarter. Staff is very friendly and out going.

The location, just off the edge of the French Quarter was excellent; near excitement but quiet
There were not enough towels in the bathroom but the fine print did say they only expected 2 occupants

The Best Western St Christopher was very elegant and perfectly situated just on the edge of the French Quarter. A quick walk to the Aquarium and the convention center. With the free internet and breakfast it was well worth the nightly cost.

Worst valet i have ever experienced, missed 2 events we planned on attending, waiting on our vehicle.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and nice, but worst valet service I have ever experienced. Waited 1hr and 15 minutes first time, and an hour the second time.

Hotel was very clean and hotel staff was very helpful.
Our room had no window!

Overall experience was good. Not too impressed with the windowless room, but we were only there for a couple of days. The hotel was very close to the French Quarters and the attractions we planned on visiting. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family, but tell them to watch out for the windowless rooms!
