Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Steeplegate Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(10) | Solo Traveler(5) | Traveling as Couple(20) | Family with Young Children(9) | Family with Teens(5) | Senior Traveler(1)

Breakfast Buffet...the all you can eat fish on the weekends...and the pool area.
It seemed like there was a lot of outside business coming in thus limiting opportunities for guests
Check to make sure there isn't a wedding scheduled and restaurants are limited in the immediate area.

Nice pool. Very comfy bed!
When they say breakfast is served until 9:30, they mean it is over at 9:30.
Hotel was very busy, but staff kept up nicely.

location
my room was freezing cold. the wind blew in, and even with the thermostat set at 85 it never got about 64 all night long for both nights. common areas were fine, food was good.

Nice close get away with friendly hotel staff. Loved the size and comfort of our room.
Was pretty busy with kids and groups around the pool, so was kind of messy in that area.
Good value and good restaurant.

Nice clean rooms. Helpful staff. Good location - close to highway.
Room was by pool and game room which meant it was noisy with kid's bday party going on but did not bother us. If you want quiet ask for room away from pool.
This was an excellant deal for the priceline price I paid. Large clean rooms. Helpful staff. Really nice hot breakfast buffet included. Would definitely stay again.

The staff tried to help when the heat was not working.
The heat in my first room did not work at all. The staff moved me; did not offer to help but that is ok. I moved to second room and had same issue. I checked out early to another hotel.
This hotel is cheap and is not worth the 3.5 stars at all.

The room was great: wonderful bed, linens,
furniture and also spacious. Although the hotel had its own restaurant, they gave us a voucher for a free breakfast, which was quite good. We had dinner in the dining room and it was very good.

Really, the only thing we didn't like was that, we got a second floor room and the hotel doesn't have an elevator. So if you have a hard time with stairs, be sure to ask for a first floor room.
Really, nice hotel in every way. It has an indoor pool, pool tables and places to sit at tables in the atrium which would be nice, if one was traveling with children (we weren't). I was very pleased that they offered a breakfast voucher. We got this room for an excellent price, so we were doubly pleased!

Hotel was quiet and peaceful. It was all very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful at check-in and didn't seem to be judgmental about age or anything.
The room was okay. I expected it to be a little nicer. It was not as nice as expected for the price i paid. The hot tub was tiny. It held two people but was quite cramped. It should have said something about how small it actually was.
