We were upgraded to a large king, which was thoughtful.
The noise from the pipes when someone in the room above us had a shower (we surmised) was outrageous. It wasn't simply water running, it sounded like a train roaring through the room and we couldn't sleep until it ended, somewhere around midnight.

When we checked in our room had a large wet moldy spot in the ceiling. Due to the hotel being close to full we were offered another room a suite that they wanted to charge us for the upgrade. After pleading my case on check out they reversed the charges.

Indoor pool water was cloudy. Room had no balcony but we were told we could have asked for one.

It's clean and the staff are friendly.
The toilet bowl got plugged on our second day. The swimming pool wasn't clean when we were there.
It's fine. I have no complaint except that the toilet bowl got plugged on the second day and the swimming pool wasn't at it's great when we were there.The water was dirty.
