Family Traveling with Teens
Good location. Very nice rooms - clean and comfortable. Will stay again. However, the desk clerk gave no information regarding the hotel or points of interest (check out time, location of stairs, elevators, breakfast times, etc) I didn't even realize there was a business center until I stumbled upon it trying to find a way out to Commerce St. We arrived at 2:15pm and was told no rooms were ready yet. She gave no suggestions of what we could do in the meantime. Parking is horrible - You have to park about a block away, down an alley and behind some other building and then walk back if you're not lucky enough to get one of the prized spots. ...

The hotel was a great travel experience for me. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk was always ready to answer questions or assist with our requests. The building also has historical charm while still being modern and accommodating.

Daniel at the front desk on 4/7 at 1AM was very nice. After Priceline had failed to get the credit card information to the hotel, Daniel found me another hotel at the same rate that I was originally going to get.

Family Traveling with Teens
This was an excellent place to stay. The only downfall was no pool for our children but there are so many other things to do in San Antonio that it wasn't really a big deal. Hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and we would stay there again!!

Simply put, wonderful experience. We had originally tried to stay in the Crockett Hotel but there was no vacancy. We then booked this hotel not knowing what to expect. My experience with this Best Western Sunset Suites is that if I return to San Antonio in the future this will be my first choice.
