Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Town & Country Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Hotel staff was really friendly. Location was easy to find.
I feel as though price line mis represented the hotel. The pictures in the ad shows a nice indoor pool, not at this location. IT WAS ACROSS THE STREET. sAME WITH THE EXERCISE ROOM. NOT AT THIS LOCATION, ACCROSS THE STREET. wON'T TAKE A CHANCE ANYMORE.

eNSURE THAT YOU STAY AT THE ONE WITH THE COMFORTS. THE ONE ACROSS THE STREET IS USELESS.

The room was large and spaces and very clean. a lot of attention to details. The Lobby was beautiful and open also with extra attention to comfort.
Although there was a large variety of items for breakfast the hot breakfast offered was only luke warm and not enjoyable.

The hotel was clean and beautiful the staff were friendly. We stayed in a King room and it was large and spaces and comfortable.

The people in the breakfast room were wonderful and friendly. Nice complimentary breakfast!
Location was disappointing. There were very few nice restaurants in the area. The pool room was cool which kept me from using it. Would have loved a room that didn't overlook the parking lot.

Good price for the services and breakfast was awesome.

The local restaraunt was cleaning late at night and kept everyone await. It was very bothersome. I complained to the front desk

The room was what I expected, no complaints.

The hotel is actually split into two sections, across the street from each other. It was hard to figure out which side to check in...when we went in on one side to ask, and we found out we could check-in on both sides. One side has the indoor pool and one side has the outdoor pool, so if you are expecting to spend a lot of time in the outdoor pool, I would recommend a room on that side of the street. Overall, the rooms looked liked they did in the pictures, so it was what I expected. ...read more

Hotel was well maintained and clean, and in a cute neighborhood with shops, restaurants, groceries, and a movie theater in walking distance. We would definitely stay again.
Decor was a bit dated, and my 6'4" husband bumped his head on the "exit" sign!

It was so great having a fridge and microwave in the room, as we always tire of "road food." We really loved how close our hotel was to everything, and had a great experience!

For a Motel, one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Recently remodeled. Number #1 thing we look for in Hotel . . . Clean room. They did a great job.
small swimming pool.

For a Motel, one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Recently remodeled. Number #1 thing we look for in Hotel . . . Clean room. They did a great job on that. Swimming pool was rather small. Parking was available but a little sparse. Would stay here again as drive to St George and other southern utah destinations is only 45 min away.

It's on main street that has shopping that's very close. The seperate pool area was clean and nice. The people that oversaw the breakfast area were on top of things, and lots of food to choose from.
Everything was clean and comfortable

I can't mention the rate, but Priceline certainly has it's advantages. Nice room, comfy beds, good breakfast and people. The best value for the dollar.
