Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus University Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Nice swimming pool and excellent continental breakfast.
The continental breakfast ended too early I think it should go until 10am.

Large parking lot, and close to exits.
The staff, rooms and decor. Walls were cement and not very "warm".

Great hot breakfast, close to UofI campus.
Remodel going on next to breakfast area.

Nicest place to stay in Moscow. Awesome hot breakfast. Electrical outlets scarce in room. Great location for visiting Univ. of Idaho campus.

Very responsive hotel staff and quiet facility.
The outside looks more like a business office complex and it can be easy to miss.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very good free breakfast.
Needs updating.

Nothing bad, just not a 3 Star Hotel in my mind. Somewhat old and outdated. The La Quinta up the street is new and more upgraded than this hotel and is rated a 2 Star.

Swimming pool was fantastic, cable channels had what we needed for the children.
The pantry restaurant had awful waitresses. My bill showed two queen beds, they were doubles, not queen size.

Loved the hotel, breakfast was great, pool area was great for the grand daughter! Our room was clean, however, it was listed on my bill as a double queen and they were double beds, not queen size. Very difficult for two adults to sleep in a small bed. Went to the pantry once and never again, waitresses were very bored with their jobs. Not at all like other staff at the hotel.

It had a microwave and fridge.
Unfriendly front desk.

The front desk clerk refused to look for a room with double beds. I got stuck with 3 kids in my bed. I slept terrible.
