The room was very, very spacious. The breakfast was wonderful. Has everything. Best we've had. The staff was very friendly. There was one server there who was especially attentive and friendly....her name is Kaylee. I told the manager.

We love staying here. There isn't anything we didn't like. The staff, breakfast, and cleanliness was superb! We don't want to stay anywhere else. We were so close we could walk to our destination. We give it five stars.

This hotel is awesome! The rooms are huge compared to most hotels. The breakfast was amazing and has a great variety. Staff is very friendly. would definitely stay here again!

The location was just what we needed. Using Priceline, the price was improved. Their asking price for the room was inflated for the area in which it is located and the look of the building. Thank you, Priceline!

This hotel is located within walking distance to the entrance of Franciscan Univerity which makes it perfect for parents visiting students. It is nothing special to look at from the outside. The ceilings are low and the property surrounding the building is not particularly attractive, but the room was spacious and clean. The water was hot. The breakfast was generous and good. The staff were very professional and friendly. If my daughter chooses to attend Franciscan, we will visit this hotel again. ...read more

The only thing that I had trouble with was finding the local news stations on the TV to check the local weather. The numbers didn't seem to match the ones on the card.

Room keys were troublesome opening the main entry doors after hours. One of them never did work right, even after getting is changed at the front desk.

Recent upgrades have made this hotel a much better value than the one other 3+ star hotel in the area. Beds were comfy, and the room was very neat. Staff was very friendly.

I liked the on-site restaurant and good parking.
The pillows are much too lumpy and THICK!

The hotel has good energy. The restaurant next door provides a fun touch to this depressing area.
