The hotel's location and water views are fantastic.

We loved the location, right on the water and within walking distance of the cute little town of Dunedin, with great places to eat and shop. We also greatly enjoyed our dinner at Bon Appetit, the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

the whole area was wonderful. I was able to look out at the bay in the evening and in the morning. I especially enjoyed the large balcony.The small town was delightful and the room was fabulous especially the arming light in the bathroom.

Location. Right on the water. Within walking distance to downtown Dunedin.
There were choices for harbor view and gulf view. I didn't notice any difference between the rooms.

Great location friendly staff and a cool outdoor bar for a Bloody Mary or glass of wine, right on the water. Can't wait to back again.

Very noisy! Parking a problem!

Very quaint town of Dunedin within walking distance. Hotel was older but nice enough. We loved the location! Don't stay on the first floor, very noisy at night. Event at nearby restaurant created a huge parking problem for hotel guests. Event partygoers were given the parking spaces and not hotel guests! Great location, near harbor. Walk to town and restaurants. Staff very pleasant and acomodating. Great pool and hot tub. Hotel rents bikes, amking bike path very convenient. Lovely time, lovely sunsets.
The first room we had was a bit close to the bar. Next room was poolside, very quiet and lovely views over the bay.

We really liked this hotel and the room we were assigned. Good deal for the price.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of Main street. The hotel has views across the marina and Gulf. The rooms were of a good size, clean and comfy.

The hotel was perfect for a weekend getaway, clean and bright with very good views. The staff were very helpful. The location is perfect, we parked the car and never used it again until we were ready to leave.

the hotel is on the water
no ceiling fan to block out noise...morning front desk person didn't comprehend customer service. 1. awakened @ 3am with a person wearing high heels walking up the steps and in the room above me.

Lacking customer service @ the front desk with Thanksgiving morning person..I think named Freida! (as explained above)
