Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Raintree Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.August 17, 2012

very worn down.
This is by far the worst Best Western I have every stayed at.

This could be a great place because it has nice touches like stained glass and nicely designed areas. The staff is really nice, but the breakfast was poor and all areas seemed dingy and soiled, smelling like cigarettes or a bit musty and dusty.

It was an o.k. room for me traveling alone. Nice bed. My wife would probably be a little less happy to stay there. Good price compared to the new chains that are around. I actually have no complaints except the pool was very clean, but cold. Not sure if it was advertised as heated. It was not.

The room seemed clean, but totally outdated and not well maintained, from the missing grout around the tub, to the extremely only heat/air unit. Given the location and size of the facility, they could remodel a room at a time and really make it a nice place to stay. If I had to describe it in one word, it would have to be 'old'.
