Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Rancho Grande

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

This is an older hotel that has been modernized in a great way. It was really nice, but also fit into the Wickenburg style. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This hotel is right downtown, which makes it fun to walk everywhere. The staff was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good too.

Location was great. Nice spacious room. Quiet. Nice enough free breakfast.
Needed directions to Dairy Queen, frontman gave us wrong directions. Everything was great until the last morning we were there. Went to take a shower and there was a huge coachroach on the bathroom wall. Kind of a turn-off after a very good stay.

Reasonable rates. Great location. Nice room size, homey feel. We definitely would stay again and recommend to others.

The shower was a trickle and the hot water was intermittent making it very difficult to shower. The pool was supposed to be heated but was too cold to swim in.

If you stay here don't expect to take a shower, the water pressue was almost nothing and the water kept going from very hot to very cold. The "heated" pool was too cold to swim in.

The room was nice and looked out onto a grassy inner courtyard with citrus trees. The shower temperatures fluctuated from very hot to very cold so wasn't a pleasant experience. Also both the check in clerk Bruce and the check out clerk, who I did not get
We liked the hotel and its location to restaurants etc. and would stay again. Only request a different room because of the hot/cold water issues.

Hotel has southwest decor and was very comfortable. Had problems with regulating the shower temperatures as they fluctuated so much. Nice location to downtown Wickenburg with walking to Museum, restaurants, movie theatre, bars, and shopping. Clean town and clean rooms.

It is quaint- and 65 yrs. old, and very southwest- small rooms, but VERY NICE- GREAT STAFF- not a great breakfast, but OK. In walking distance to 4-5 restaurants and 2 museums. We would stay again.

Awesome beds and great free breakfast in the am.
Parking was so limited and had to squeeze into spots. When we checked in the drive was blocked by another vehicle, so I had to sit in main road for over 10 minutes! Not good.

Hotel rooms were great. Beds great, nice, and clean. Rooms next to us were partying both nights and kept us awake until 3 am unfortunately.

Big, clean rooms and
cute building.
Breakfast was disappointing.

Cute grounds, very nicely situated, right in the heart of the historic "downtown". The breakfast was pretty sad, they could have had some hot eggs or potatoes like other best Westerns, I've been to. But the property was very beautiful,
the rooms were clean and nice. Hot tub was small and not hot enough, but good they at least have one.

Staff was friendly.
Poorly sealed door did not keep bugs & heat out of room.

Staff was friendly & inviting. Room was smaller than expected. Had to leave a note for housekeeping to request toilet paper. Poorly sealed door did not keep outdoor heat & bugs from getting into room.
