The Staff were excellent

The hotel was nice and clean the rooms a little on the small side the staff was excellent and location was close to a lot of stores and attractions

It is the only 'chain' hotel in the area.
This hotel is,seemingly,in the middle of nowhere.

Because it is the only chain hotel in the area, they've got you by the wallet, that's for sure. Rooms are not worth the money you pay (not even with the Priceline Express Deal). I can get a better room in Niagara Falls for the same price. However, because we needed a place to stay, and I don't trust the small motels, this was our only other option.

The server in the restaurant went out of her way to make my little one feel welcome and service was exemplary.
The smell in the public areas & restaurant. The food wasn't that great in the restaurant.

All the people we encounter - the two women who worked the registration desk and the server in the restaurant are definitely people who understand the service industry. Pleasant, helpful, warm, and efficient. Unfortunately, the smell was disconcerting.

We had a very pleasant evening and loved the pillows!
Website says that there is a DVD player in every room, but on arrival we were told that only some rooms have them and one could not be located for us.

We enjoyed our stay and were happy with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom is a good size and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The staff were happy when we arrived. We did wish there were more vending machines and the ice machine on one of the floors didn't work.

Location was good, close proximity to highway and town and restaurants.
This hotel is getting somewhat dated, old wall paper, very small rooms!
