Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Sand Springs Inn & Suites
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013

Easy convenience to the highway. Walmart, Kmart and a decent variety of fast food restaraunts close by. Breakfast had decent fare - even a small hot food bar with egg, bacon, biscuit & gravy. In room fride and microwave worked great for us. King room w/sleeper sofa fairly spacious. Did not use the sleeper so I can't give opinion on that. Bed firm but still comfortable enough. Overall the place seemed pretty clean and maintained. I did have one cockroach in the room which I swatted and brought to the front desk clerk, who was somewhat unsympathetic, only assuring me that the hotel was clean and regularly sprayed by pest control. Did not have any other incident with bugs. ...

Priceline stated check out time was between 2 and 4 p.m. and the hotel did not honor this, even with the proof. They were not accommodating. Wasted my time by making me walk downstairs to show him my e-mail that states my check out time is between 2 and 4 p.m. and threatening to double charge me. Staff had bad attitude. Very disappointed in my stay.

This hotel makes it sound as if it's in an idyllic spot. However, it is in a totally industrial area. However, there is a trail that runs past it, so it probably would be great for cyclists, runners etc. As an overnight stay it doesn't size up. It's about 10 miles from I-70.

We had a great night at the Best Western in Sand Springs. The staff was very friendly, there was adequate parking for our car, truck and trailer, the rooms were very clean. The outdoor pool was closed, but the breakfast more than made up for it. Would definitely stay there again if traveling through the Tulsa area.

Stayed in Dallas
at Best Western weekend prior. Everything was excellent, through Priceline, room. This weekend, the hotel was clean, people were okay, but it was far from being worth. Check out time was an hour earlier. At 11:02 am, they were knocking on the door. We were packed, luggage in hand, getting ready to walk out, we felt it was a little unnecessary and rude.
