Great staff. Clean rooms. Good location
Room doors opened to the outside. Noisy one morning when people started their cars at 5:45 am and were talking loudly.
Great location. Close to western carolina university.(within 30 minutes.)

no hot water, outdated, cold room
The room was an ice box when we checked in at 8pm, super outdated, candy next to bed leftover from previous guests, no, and I mean absolutely NO hot water until 6am & we were schduled to be on the road by 6. Not very happy!!! Unfortunately, now my husband absolutely refuses to stay at a Best Western ever again. :/

The front desk was friendly. Room was clean.
Kept rolling to the middle of the bed. Older facility, so it had a little bit of a musty odor. Hardly noticeable.
This was okay but would have expected a price of 49.00 or under for the room.

The hotel location, excellent mountain view spectacular certainly we will comeback.
Breakfast kind of poor need to add hot such as sausages, scramble eggs etc.
Good hotel great location to enjoy the mountain, friendly atmosphere.

It had a beautiful view, clean pool host was friendly and helpful, and the flowers.
The hotel lost power within an hour of us checking in, but wasn't there fault no complains.
There was beautiful staying.

Unbelievable clean facilities and they were friendly.
Too expensive for the amenities even though it was in great shape.
The hotel is old school in design and off the beaten path, but is in wonderful shape and well staffed. However it was over-priced for the location ad amenities.
