Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Space Age Lodge
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 4, 2013

I discussed previous payment. No control over shower temperature.
Clerk did not believe I had prepaid in spite of physical proof. Then she interrogated me about my pets after I was talking to my wife about our dog we had dropped off at my sister-in-law's house. The shower didn't have a curtain which made it more fun for my kids. Whoops. The shower water temperature kept going from cold to unacceptably hot and constantly changing. When we checked out we were charged again for both rooms. I called and the same lady answered. She seemed like she already knew I was calling for a refund. Still waiting for the deposit.

We appreciated the fact that this hotel saved us from Phoenix traffic on our travel morning. It is a perfect stop if you are headed to Puerto Penasco or the Organ Pipe National Monument. It is a humble location with an outstanding bird sanctuary at the pool/hot tub area!

This hotel is a good place to stay on the drive from San Diego to phoenix. It has a very retro space age theme that is charming. The rooms are comfortable and plain and we were happy to have a minim refrigerator that was bigger than the cube type ones that hotels usually provide. The staff was friendly in the lobby and in the free breakfast. We were pleased that eggs were served. Also you can order a regular breakfast for $2 off. A nice place to stay over night has a swim. ...
