Family Traveling with Teens
Cashier at head desk was not at all helpful. This was one of my worst experiences with traveling ever! Room was so disgusting with smoke smell and they wouldn't let us change rooms. Even after I begged them to move us because my 14 year old daughter has a breathing problem when she is around smoke or second hand smoke.

The hotel is easy to find off the interstate. The front lobby is nicely decorated and the whole place is very clean. Our room was not huge, but had everything we needed, small kitchenette, little table and desk etc. The complimentary WiFi was very appreciated. The hot breakfast bar really saved the hassle of cooking in our room or schlepping out to a restaurant. Our beds were comfy and the linens were better quality than expected. Our second night we were stuck in a smoking room so it was not so hot. Other than that, I'd stay at Best Western again. ...

Couple
This hotel is surprisingly comfortable and yet full of several luxuries. I would suggest it as a great stop off for business as well as travelers. The breakfast is wonderful!
