The location was very good. Lots of stores in the area.
The breakfast was lacking a lot. When I checked in they had a sign with a giant Texas waffle so I am saying to my self I am going to have waffles for breakfast but oh NO they did not have waffles. They had paper thin pancakes and cold biscuits.

Be prepared to go and eat breakfast some where else

Very nice lobby, very nice room - clean and very comfortable - wonderful staff
Hot tub and pool were too dirty to use

This hotel is close to the famous First Colony Mall area, very quiet location. The staff was friendly and very professional - probably the best service I've ever gotten at this level hotel. The manager's reception with complimentary wine and beer was a nice touch at the end of the day.

The thing I noticed first was how immaculate the room was.

This had to be the cleanest room I have ever seen. The bed was very comfortable, and the room smelled nice. No noise! Breakfast was great!

Surprised that they had a free happy hour. Pancakes instead of waffles at continental breakfast.
They gave me a room right next to the elevator, surprised for as quiet as the hotel was that they would put you next the elevator. All in all, hotel was quiet. Conditioner would have been appreciated.

Right behind mall, good food nearby, hotel is only a few years old.

Great continental breakfast with a wide variety of food.

Hotel was in a great location with easy access of the highway. Most of the staff were extremely friendly and had a great pool area.

The first room i was assigned smelled like cigarets smoke although it was non-smoking hotel.

Very clean and quiet.

I reserved the room on one card, and intended on paying with another. The hotel charged both cards, and one week later, they still have not refunded the second card. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. If they would resolve my problem, I would stay again.
