It was located in a great spot for our stay. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Cleaning of room was done very well.
Very noisy. They allowed young people to congregate in the hallway and lobby. WE were right off the lobby.

The beds are not very comfortable and since this might be one of the less expensive hotel's in Panama City, it will probably draw a younger louder crowd.

This hotel was pretty average nothing spectacular but it wasn't a low budget roach motel either. the hotel had this mildew sour smell but I can't blame it all on the hotel the whole city have that smell... I don't know why. It's not that close to the beach, about 20 minutes away. Yes I would definitely stay again next time just bring air freshener or candles.

It was very closer to all we did, the girl at the front desk was the greatest her name was priva could not have asked for a better costumer service rep so helpful
Couldn't stay longer

Only problem i had was not enough seating for the breakfast but the food was good

Great Hotel. Clean place. Away from all beach traffic is an added benefit.
There was strong odor of smoke in the staircases and having a room at the end of the hall doesn't help when trying to keep all the smell away. Also, the side doors were unlocked at all times and that's a safety issue.

If you don't mind the drive to the beach then this is the place to stay. Great location!

Friendliness, cleanliness of room and pool.
Breakfast was a little weak. Needed more selections.

The staff was great, the room was great along with the pool. I was not very happy with the type or selection of breakfast. Location was fantastic for what I needed.

The breakfast, the staff, and the big room.
No elevator.

I had a great stay and the staff was very nice. Our door striker was loose. I reported it on the way to the pool, which was big and nice by the way, and before I returned the door was repaired. I will stay at this hotel again!

Convenient access to rm and courteous staff, at a good price.
It was a long way from the beach we were in town to spend time at.

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

Excellent for family. It was clean, quiet, and the staff was very nice.

location was good
no elevator, my mom has health issues and it was very hard for her to climb stairs

Great location for us. Breakfast was not that good, very crowded area and no where to sit. Rooms were clean and staff assisted when needed.
