Older hotel with a good outside room layout. A little weathered ,but clean. Breakfast was pretty good.

Business Traveler
This is a functional hotel for an overnight stay. The property is older, but well maintained, but just isn't as nice as new! I would recommend it for any type of traveler who needs a bed close to the University of Arkansas.

Solo Traveler
I just needed a place to shower and sleep while my Mother was in the hospital here. This provided that. I didn't care for the cleanliness of the bathroom. The soap dishes that are built into the walls were thick with soap scum that you could scratch off. I had a room with a Jacuzzi tub, but after seeing this, I did not use the tub, only the shower. Otherwise, a pretty nice room. The location was great for on/off highway access, lots of places to eat very close by. I would stay here again. ...

friendly and efficient.
It was clean. Friendly staff, quiet room and comfortable beds. The jetted tub needs the jets cleaned of sediment, no other complaints. Bath, microwave, coffee maker and fridge were all very clean. The continental breakfast is not stale croissants. It's waffles and biscuits with gravy, English muffins and eggs. Also an assortment of pastries and cereals. I'm looking at real estate in F'ville so I'll be staying there again. ...

The room was not a good as we expected. The coffee maker didn't seem to work well. There was a chunk missing from the face of the Lave. Counter, which exposed the wood framing beneath? The tub did not have a good appearance. It needs the old caulk removed, the area cleaned up, and new caulk applied. One of the lamps needs the bulb replaced. The HVAC unit, TV, refrigerator, sink, and shower all worked perfectly. There was plenty of hot water, and the bed was excellent. We slept better on this bed than the one we have at home. ...
