Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Wooster Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 19, 2013

Stay somewhere else. Anywhere else. 2 1/2 star rating is a joke.

Dated, dark, empty, clean but marked signs of wear everywhere. Breakfast nearly inedible, coffee in room was gross and the coffee maker appeared to be worse than a goodwill find. NOT a 2 1/2 star hotel. Not even close.

We had two rooms, my counterpart had to change rooms because his smelled so bad. My room smelled like mold and there was a problem with the door lock.

Location was excellent for walking in the two and getting to our ultimate destination. Front desk staff were very nice as well as the woman who cleaned the rooms -- most accommodating.

This Best Western is ideally located in Wooster. It is right downtown and at the bottom of the hill from the College. The rooms are functional, the mattresses are firm and new, and the complimentary Breakfast was a great was to start the day.

The hotel is fairly clean although it is in dire need of renovation. Everything is worn out, appliances are old and elevator is a bit scary. It seems to be as clean as can be expected despite its age.
