Hotel Guest Reviews of the Beverly Heritage Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(22) | Solo Traveler(22) | Traveling as Couple(40) | Family with Young Children(20) | Family with Teens(8) | Senior Traveler(1) | Group Traveler(3)

Primarily pretty clean.
Pool spa could have been better...pretty aged spa. The alarm went off two mornings in a row. I had to call the front desk two times on the first morning. The second morning I had to call only one time. I think that they should as a positive measure check
Overall positive stay. This was my second stay. Better than the first. Staff very friendly and helpful

great rooms. Very good outside view. interiors very well decorated.
it would be great, if we have coffee maker with other accessories inside the hotel room instead of lobby. It would have helped me get a coffee in the bed.

I like the hotel with good location, cleanliness and quiet. It worths another stay next time.
To compare this hotel with other 3 and half stars is a little bit weak. I would rate this hotel as 3 stars. When people ask for 3 and half stars should be brand name as Hyatt, Sheraton and Hilton etc.

They had very helpful staff. Very, very nice.
Everything was fine but the hotel was older. The room doors need to be resealed, escalators panneling is old, there is gang writing scratched into the doors.

Staff was very nice and professional. Loved how huge the rooms were! It was like having your own mini apartment suite. The bathroom was spacious and stocked with nice, clean white towels. The icing on the cake was a full fridge and microwave and 2 flat pa
The halls leading to the hotel rooms had a bit of a hospital smell to them and overall the main public areas of the hotel had a bit of a 1980s feel to them which is a shame because the suites themselves are so nice. Oh, and it's a long walk to the ice mac
Free Parking and Internet! Perfect for business travelers that are staying in the Silicone Valley that need to get quickly on and off the interstate. Hotel suites are excellent but public areas of the hotel are a bit dated.

Very nice room, comfortable bed, everything that was needed for a simple night's stay.
The bathroom needed updating ... shower head was old, faucet handles old, seemed like the room had been renovated except for those areas.
Also, the restaurant prices were way, way, way too high. Bring it down to earth for the majority
