Hotel Guest Reviews of the Bianco Boutique Motel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 16, 2013

Basic but clean. Right on a busy street. Not an area to walk around in. Convenient to downtown, midtown, SoBeach if you have a car and don't want to pay big bucks for a room.

We only had a one night stay at this hotel and won't do it again. we couldn't plug out phones in no plugs in the bath room. There were exposed wires and a leaking air conditioner. The bed was comfortable and the outside patio was nice, but the breakfast consisted of burnt coffee and dunkin donuts that were gone by 8 am and milk for cereal that wasn't sitting in anything cold.

The hotel was well priced for what you got, especially for Miami. The hotel is very basic but you aren't paying for a 5-star resort either. The staff was great and very accommodating. We drove all night and arrived earlier than expected (earlier than check-in). The staff knew we were tired and went out of their way to get a room ready for us, so we could take a nap and get some rest, without charging us extra! The hotel is within minutes of South Beach and downtown attractions. ...

The hotel was cute. The outside doesn't look like much but the insides were very clean and well kept. The staff was very nice.

When we pulled up in the taxi, a man came out and unloaded our luggage for us and took it to our room. I was already a bit nervous because this hotel is in a scary part of town and it was the middle of the night. Our room was right off of the courtyard. The blinds in the room are the swinging blades that you normally find on old sliding glass doors. There were no curtains. There was even a window in the shower that wasn't frosted and had the same blinds as the rest of the room, only a blade was missing so there was a 3-4 inch gap for people to clearly see you showering. There is a tiny wall unit AC for the room and it took forever to even slightly cool our room. This hotel was just uncomfortable to me. It was me and my best friend just needing a place to stay for the night for a cruise the following day, but I can honestly say that I will pay a little extra next time for comfort and safety. ...

I loved how it was art deco, had Picasso paintings on the walls, and best breakfast.

Beds are uncomfortable, and area is unsafe. Employee wanted us to park outside the fence even though there were spots inside. It was just hell.
