The room was OK.
No hot water at the bathroom sink.
We needed somewhere to stay in the Elkins area while on motorcycle tour of WV and found this place to be in an ideal location for our needs. The rooms are acceptable. Decent wi-fi signal. Decent in-house restaurant.

Very nice and convenient to WVWC. I would stay hear again.
They really could use queen size beds in all rooms even the ones that have 2 doubles.
This is a very nice hotel and located in a quaint town.

Easy to find, good location for my destination.
No queen beds available, double beds are so small for 6' people!
The staff was not really all that courteous. Arrived at front desk, with printed copy of my confirmation. Clerk stated I had no reservation and would not look at my confirmation. He finally agreed and still stated I had no reservation. He was pretty slow resolving my issue. Felt like I was an inconvenience to him and no other customers were around.
