Hotel Guest Reviews of the Bienville House
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(4) | Solo Traveler(6) | Traveling as Couple(24) | Family with Young Children(2) | Family with Teens(2) | Senior Traveler(1) | Group Traveler(8)

The staff was pleasant, pool looked pretty.
Drinks way overpriced at bar, room way overpriced, no window in room!

A clean and quiet little gem in a very convenient location with friendly staff.
My ONLY complaint is that the heat/cooling system is difficult to regulate.

Very cute, small and great location. Hotel staff was excellent and overly friendly.
A small mildewy smell in the hotel room, but I think that is true of all New Orleans hotels. It wasn't a problem.

I like the location and the history of it. It's charming and the workers are very nice.
Lot of noise, the floors above sounded every foot step very loudly and the floor also was noisy when some one was walking above. Lot of outside noise.
I have always enjoyed staying at Beinville, this is the first time I had a complaint. It may have been just the room I was in and the floor was weak above it or something. I would go back but I would make sure I got a different room.

This was our first time in New Orleans. The hotel was in a good location, and the staff was wonderful.
