I thought the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and the pool and hot tub were a great temperature.
No the stay was quite peaceful.
I would suggest the Blackstone Lodge to family's looking to get away the stay was peaceful and the pool and hot tubs were relaxing. I also enjoyed the deep bath tubs one in the main area and one in the master suit.

Love the room! It was elegant, spacious, and our view was beautiful! The staff gave us wonderful resturant referrals.
This hotel was PREFECT!
Wonderful hot tub and pool! Best hotel bed I have ever had. Close to Banff and Lake louise. About 40 minute drive. Close to down town. Try Rose and Crown Pub! So good! Want to come again.

No Housekeeping everyday! below par showers!
Three Main Complaints for the Hotel: 1.) Rooms are not cleaned and re-stocked everyday. Showers are subpar in pressure and adjust ability for temperature. Hotel is pet friendly - as in the dog in the room adjacent to our room kept us up all night and management was unwilling to intervene. Stay here at your own risk, you have been warned.

Very clean, inviting, and very quiet. Even with a wedding downstairs our getaway was undisturbed.
