Business Traveler
Hotel is in prime location for 5th Ave shopping, theaters, and great restaurants. Hotel rooms are small, but sufficiently appointed for a short stay. Staff is attentive and helpful. Continental breakfast was very nice, fresh fruits, yogurt, granola, muffins, cereal and toasts.

Friendly from the moment we walked into the door to having a car ready to pick us up at the front door when it was time to leave. Everything that they said that they would do they did with out having to ask a second time. Awesome experience.

Welcoming staff; liked the intimacy of the size (eight rooms per floor). Quiet and attractive. Complimentary continental breakfast.

When booking a hotel online one does research and chooses carefully. I arrived at this hotel, ready to check in and then leave immediately to a board meeting. Instead they needed me to wait while they processed paperwork to check me in to another hotel (of their choice) and then I had to go to the other hotel and check in there and was late to my meeting. I feel lucky that I liked the hotel they selected for me. I would have no recourse! And I think they felt they could treat me this way. ...
