Overall the experience was fine, notwithstanding issues with the reservation... and the front desk was able to almost match the price offered by priceline.com after some huffing and puffing. The buffet seemed to change food only per 3 hour offering, so definitely get there early if you want fresh food.

I truly enjoyed my stay at blue bay. The resort has a village setting to it with a one-minute walk over a bridge to the beach. The pools were very nice with romantic beds surrounding the pools and also on the beach. The food was always very delicious with good variety. The resort had a full time activities team that kept the people always entertained. The nightly shows were not the best but still fun to watch and some were better then others. The rooms were always clean and nice; however they were not very luxurious. One word of caution is this is an adult's only resort, do not bring children. If you have kids or teenagers, you would be better off going to a different resort. Overall I thought the resort was a 4 star, and the rooms I would say are a 3 star. I was very pleased with the resort and would recommend. ...

A wonderful romantic vacation gets way which is suitable for honeymooners or people in need of a little TLC. The nightly entertainment fantastic, the food first class and the staff polite and courteous.
